These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Astratelco platform. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Accounts
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and second-factor devices secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes related to your organisation's services.
- Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to your organisation, probe or disrupt the platform, or circumvent security controls.
- Do not upload malicious code or unlawful content.
3. Confidentiality
Information made available through the platform — including pricing, contracts and network details — is confidential and may only be used for its intended purpose.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it is provided "as is". We may update features and these terms; material changes will be presented for acceptance.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astratelco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
